The Bernardsville Holiday Parade is a new community tradition in Bernardsville, NJ. Organized by Downtown Bernardsville, its mission is to provide a traditional, festive community celebration for residents, while inviting newcomers and tourists to enjoy our town’s amenities.

We anticipate hundreds of spectators for our inaugural parade, while marketing reaches thousands in the months before the event. Sponsor this year’s parade and expand your business’s brand awareness in our community.

Downtown Bernardsville is issuing a call for Holiday Parade Sponsorship proposals, which are being accepted through November 19, 2019. Please submit proposals to Olivia Manning, Downtown Bernardsville, PO Box 887, Bernardsville, NJ 07924 or by email olivia@downtownbernardsville.com.

Listed below are suggested sponsorship levels, which serve as minimum requirements for a sponsorship of this year’s Bernardsville Holiday Parade. Offerors are invited to be creative in their proposal and are welcome to include additional items as part of their sponsorship contribution.

  • 1 Parade Unit Entry for your business, placed at the front on parade day
  • Option to judge as one of our “celebrity judges” on parade day
  • 6 VIP Tickets on parade day
  • Included in all Parade pre-promotions
  • Full page in Holiday Shopper Guide (printed & online launched on November 30)
  • Business logo on website with links and on social media with links
  • Exclusive promotional ad on Social media pages
